Shipments and Returns

Packages containing in-stock items are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fed-ex, UPS or USPS. Contact us if you would prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account.

Shipping charges are based on our actual cost. Currently, there are no fees for handling and packaging.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning product. Credits are given to merchandise returned in a new, unused condition. Note: This does not include customized items, service charges, shipping, and other non-merchandise items. Shipping charges apply.
